Associate Director – Compliance

We are seeking an experienced compliance leader to drive the Company’s compliance and regulatory governance framework in line with RBI regulations applicable to Middle Layer NBFCs and fintech-led lending businesses. The role will partner closely with senior management and the Board to ensure strong regulatory oversight, governance, risk management, and effective regulatory engagement. What You'll Do: Regulatory Strategy & Governance Lead the enterprise-wide compliance framework for the Company.
