Job Description

The Position

The CENCA Business Practice Lead leads the strategy and plan for implementation of all compliance programs in CENCA in collaboration with the LAMEX Compliance Committee and the LAMEX Leadership Team. The position will be part of the LAMEX cluster Leadership team and reports to the LAMEX Managing Director. In addition, the Business Practice Lead will remain directly responsible for implementation of the appropriate business practices in select market(s). The Business Practice organization serves as the main connection point between the Commercial organization and the Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) as well as International Legal & Compliance (ILC).
