Associate Director – Construction Management

Role Overview

Oversees all expansion constructions operations across all corporate and retail locations; ensuring the execution of the construction plan designed to achieve the company’s business objectives pertaining to physical facilities and 3rd party contractors within the portfolio, delivers services within budget and drives Key Performance Indicator (KPI) improvements by way of service benchmarking and portfolio standardization.

Responsibilities

1. Lead to develop and execute a strategic construction plan that aligns with the company's expansion goals and retail business objectives by define project definition and project plan for all projects. Identify milestones, agree and address scope and criteria of milestone achievement.
2. Lead and oversee the end-to-end construction process, ensuring projects are executed according to design specifications, budget constraints, and timeline requirements.
