The Associate Director, Contract Operations is responsible for leading a team that handles all activities related to Master Data, Contracting, Membership, Chargebacks and Rebates across multiple customer segments including Health Plans, GPOs, Specialty Pharmacies, Physicians and Wholesalers. Additionally, the Associate Director, Contract Operations will work collaboratively with Account Directors supporting the overall relationship, strategy, contracting and/or payment activities. They will be responsible to ensure contract terms are aligned to intent and overall AZ requirements. The Associate Director will be responsible to review payments for completeness and accuracy managing revenue leakage.
