Associate Director/ Director, Analytics & Insights

JOB SCOPE

Depending on the candidate’s experience and track record, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director or Director to drive research excellence, client relations and business development. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to individuals who enjoy both strategic thinking and active involvement in research delivery and commercial growth.

The role entails these fundamental areas:

Delivery Oversight & Capability Building

• Oversee end-to-end execution of qualitative and/or quantitative studies
• Provide project guidance and quality review
• Provide strategic interpretation and storytelling of findings
• Step in hands-on where necessary on critical or complex projects
• Mentor and develop analysts and managers
• Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performance culture
