Associate Director – Financial Modeler

BTI Executive Search has partnered with a Real Estate and Infrastructure investment organisation that focuses on delivering complex funding solutions for large-scale projects across Australia.
Reporting to the Director of Capital Solutions, you will lead financial modeling efforts, structuring and evaluating a wide variety of transactions. You will develop sophisticated models that capture the full breadth of project finance and real estate funding structures, as well as associated investment risks.
This is an exciting opportunity for a financial modeler with experience in project finance and real estate investment structuring to influence high-value investments across the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial and feasibility models for large-scale property and residential development projects
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate project cash flows, debt capacity, and risk exposure
