Lead and oversee forensic delay analysis, quantum analysis, productivity analysis, and insurance loss quantification for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Lead planning and project controls, including progress tracking, cost analysis, and loss quantifications. Assist in cost estimation and cost planning from design documents. Provide strategic oversight for analyzing complex project schedules, and the investigation and quantification of damages.
