The Muriel McQueen Fergusson Centre for Family Violence Research (MMFC) fosters collaborative, action-oriented, and community-based research on family and gender-based violence. We share research findings with a range of stakeholders and the public to raise awareness and affect social change. We offer education opportunities such as the Certificate in Family Violence Issues (C-FVI) and professional development training programs that are tailored to the needs of professionals working with survivors of family violence and people who do harm.
