Associate Director, Global HNW Distribution

Join our Global High-Net-Worth (GHNW) Distribution team to drive growth and deepen relationships with some of the most important international distributors in the market. This role sits at the center of our HNW business, managing key partner relationships, delivering a high-touch service model, and ensuring consistent execution across complex, cross-border cases and strategic accounts.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Build and manage senior relationships with leading global distributors and intermediaries, driving engagement and commercial outcomes.
+ Execute global account strategies and contribute to long-term growth plans for priority partners.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day account management, including handling complex and time-sensitive escalations.
