Job Summary

As Head of Global Learning Operations, you will shape how training comes to life across markets in Asia, Pacific and Europe, ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery at scale while remaining responsive to local realities. You will lead a globally‑distributed, market‑embedded team that works close to the business – partnering with markets to define learning roadmaps rooted in local priorities, while ensuring alignment with global direction and core content. You will strengthen ways of working, build delivery capability, and create the conditions for training to be delivered reliably, visibly, and at scale through disciplined operational planning, governance and service excellence.
