The Associate Director, Global Talent Management – Europe (BeOne Medicines) is a strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for adapting and delivering global talent initiatives across Europe in alignment with HR and business strategy.

This role balances global perspective with regional execution, translating global strategies into locally relevant solutions that drive engagement and business impact.

The Associate Director supports day‑to‑day operations while shaping long‑term talent strategies to enable regional success and global alignment.
