Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's interests.
• Oversee delivery of sound legal services and advice to protect the company's interests and accomplish corporate goals, strategies, and priorities.
• Understand relevant local, state and federal governmental laws and regulations and provide legal advice and opinion on legal issues (i.e. Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, US, UK and etc.).
