Your Role
As Associate Director of GTM Strategy and Operations, you will be a central figure in executing and optimizing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. Your role will involve a blend of strategic planning, analytical insight, and cross-functional collaboration to support our sales operations. Your work will directly influence our sales strategies and performance, making your contribution pivotal to our growth and success. This role sits within the Operations Department and is a partner to Co-Founder and COO.
A Day in the Life
Strategic GTM Planning & Sales Planning: Lead and execute key GTM and sales planning initiatives, ensuring they align with our broader business objectives to drive growth and market penetration.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring seamless execution of GTM strategies and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
