Flipkart is looking for a strong, execution-focused Associate Director to lead large-scale fulfillment center operations and drive operational excellence across our supply chain network.
What you’ll do:
• Lead end-to-end warehouse center operations across high-volume fulfillment centers
• Drive productivity, cost optimization, and SLA adherence at scale
• Build and mentor high-performing teams across shifts and functions
• Own continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and process excellence
• Partner with cross-functional teams on automation, capacity planning, and peak readiness
• Use data and metrics to drive decisions and deliver consistent results
