Associate Director, Lending Services Malaysia

Job Description

Working Hours: 1PM-10PM

• Leadership: Indirect Leadership of staff and accountability of ~40 FTE across Lending Services including oversight over all BCS operational activities conducted withing the Malaysia Location in partnership with Head Office Managers
• Talent Acquisition:  Work with BCS workstream on Project Walnut related to the execution of location strategy including the understanding of the tasks and responsibilities that are capable of being transitioned offshore, and take a lead role in the recruitment and onboarding of talent within Malaysia in support thereof including conducting recruitment campaigns (where applicable) and/or in-person interviews to ensure new hires have the required technical/business knowledge, soft skills to adequately perform the role assigned.  Collaborate and partner wit the center management, local academia and community to build and promote BCS Lending Services presence in the re...
