Associate Director of M&A (Hybrid – Toronto)

Location: Toronto office at Yonge & St. Clair. Required to be in the office at least 2 days per week.

Overview

Andromeda is an operating group of Constellation Software Inc. that acquires vertical‑market software companies worldwide with a buy‑and‑hold mandate. The group provides strategic guidance and financial security to help these companies become leaders in their markets.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience at a top‑tier accounting, capital advisory, investment banking, or private equity firm.
• 3–5 years of mid‑market deal experience executing transactions.
• Experience working with small owner‑managed businesses as client or target.
• Buy‑side experience is a plus but not required.
• CPA, CA designation, CFA, or MBA are considered assets.
