Associate Director of Finance Operations

This is a full time role with our reputed client in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Finalization of Books of Accounts

- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts as per Indian

Accounting Standards (Ind AS) / applicable GAAP.

- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audit completion and address

audit queries.

- Oversee general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial

statements.

- Monitor and review journal entries, provisions, and adjustments.

2. Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other

statutory returns.

- Liaise with tax consultants for tax planning, assessments, and litigations.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable direct and indirect tax laws.
