About the Role

Operations transformation comprises a few key aspects. The Associate Director, Life Ops Management will partner the Director of Life Ops Transformation in two areas: Fruitful Engagement and Future Proofing LO. The role will create timely and sustainable value, deliver operational efficiency and compliance assurance across Singapore and Brunei, and help AIA SG maintain NPS #1 while ensuring Life Ops is future‑ready.
