Associate Director, Organisational Development

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of organizational development initiatives, including competency frameworks, job leveling structures, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Conduct organizational assessments and provide insights to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and change management strategies.
• Partner with business leaders and HR partners to diagnose capability gaps and recommend effective OD solutions.
• Develop and implement leadership development programs, talent interventions, and career development frameworks.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and learning sessions to support organizational effectiveness.
• Monitor OD program effectiveness through key metrics and propose enhancements based on employee feedback and business needs.
