Role Overview Associate Director, Performance Media – The role is accountable for strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and operational excellence of EQ Bank’s performance media program, owning end‑to‑end outcomes across EQ Bank and REM, leading a hybrid internal + agency model, and serving as senior marketing liaison.

Core Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end performance media strategy and delivery for EQ Bank that aligns to growth, acquisition, and efficiency targets.
