Job Description

                    Accountabilities
This position serves as the primary architect of the university’s fundraising intelligence. This role focuses on high-level data modeling, analytics, and executive level reporting/data visualizations to identify growth opportunities and provide the strategic roadmap for the advancement team, as well as the data partner for frontline fundraiser metrics and portfolio management.

Core accountabilities:
Advanced Prospect Analytics & Innovative Data Intelligence (60%)

Lead Generation & Data Mining: Proactively identify untapped donor pools using cluster analysis and behavioral data (e.g., event attendance, digital engagement, and giving patterns).
