Associate Director, Real Estate

We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Associate Director to support the growth of our expanding real estate agency. This role is designed for a high-performing individual ready to take ownership of a defined business function while leading a dedicated team of brokers focused on a specific segment.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in building and scaling a high-performance sales function. You will lead your team while maintaining strong personal sales performance, acting as both a leader and top contributor.

This is an opportunity to take on significant responsibility within a fast-growing business, working alongside other Associate Directors to collectively drive revenue, market presence, and operational excellence.
