Associate Director Resource Management

The Resource Management Associate Director will bridge the gap between strategic direction and operational execution. The Associate Director will ensure the tactical delivery of resource plans and owns the day-to-day health of resourcing outcomes. Driven by the business needs of the organization, the Resource Management Associate Director may have direct responsibility for people scheduling support. The Resource Management Associate Director will play a significant role in supporting project demand fulfillment. The Associate Director may lead a high-functioning part of the organization and/or play a leadership role within a Resource management team. The Associate Director will be responsible for team management and coaching of more junior resource managers.
