Summary
Under the direction of the Student and Family Resources Department Director, the Associate Director will facilitate all things related to student admissions for the Davis School District. The Associate Director conducts guardianship reviews and placements, discusses possible school placements and makes referrals to alternative schools or programs. Consults with administrators and counselors in documenting behavior issues; participates as a Case Management Team member for safe school, youth in custody and alternative school placements; answers due process and some legal questions from school staff; participates on policy development committees; arranges placement of foreign exchange students; collaborates with public and private agencies; participates on the Davis School District's Crisis Response Team ...
