The Associate Director, Sr. CRM Business Systems Analyst role will be responsible for managing a 3 year PAR approved CRM Modernization program working alongside the business and development teams to delivery the next best in class Capital Markets CRM Salesforce FSC Application. This is a new application build that will leverage core Agile delivery methodologies with a strong focus on rapid delivery of new functionalities. Looking for someone with good mix of strong business analysis skills and technical skillset that can accurately capture business requirements, lead scrum calls, technical design documentation, etc. Building strong relationships with development teams, business partners and key vendor suppliers.
