Overall: To grow your business(es) profitably and leave it (them) in better shape than when you took them over.

To grow existing businesses to full potential, in addition to expanding and launching new disciplines. Key is to drive revenue and profit growth by maintaining high conversion rates.

The key responsibilities are

Profit

• Responsible to operating profit level for designated business units / teams

Business Development

• Maintaining our client contact network
• Assist Managers and teams in key account development
• Lead client presentations / proposals, pitching for PSAs
• New business development initiatives
• Lead in Account Management focus across all Michael Page disciplines, locations ie build strong relationships
• Driving appropriate activity levels
