Associate Director, Structured and Private Debt

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated credit investment professional to join our Structured & Private Debt (SPD) team in North America. The role supports origination, investment analysis, and structuring activities across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of structured and private debt transactions.
• Conduct detailed credit and legal due diligence, quantitative analysis, and scenario testing.
• Monitor performance of existing portfolio investments and identify risks or opportunities.
• Assist in structuring investments to meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a local investment interface for distribution teams in client and investor discussions, particularly with insurance clients.
