 Overview 
We are partnering with
a leading global financial institution to hire a Surveillance
Calibration Specialist to join theirpliance function. This is a
highly technical role focused on optimising trade surveillance models,
improving alert quality, and enhancing detection frameworks through data-led
calibration and validation.
 Key Responsibilities 
 Perform calibration and re-calibration of trade surveillance scenarios, adjusting thresholds and parameters to improve alert effectiveness 
 Conduct validation and effectiveness reviews of surveillance models, ensuring adequate regulatory and risk coverage 
 Analyse alert outputs to identify opportunities for false positive reduction and optimisation
