We are looking for a strategic and technically strong Associate Director – Data Engineering to lead and scale our Azure-based data platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning architecture, driving large-scale delivery, and mentoring high-performing data engineering teams .

What You’ll Do

Architecture & Solutioning

• Design and own end-to-end Azure data engineering solutions using ADLS, Synapse, ADF, Databricks, Event Hubs
• Build modern lakehouse / medallion architectures supporting batch & real-time processing
• Define data integration patterns, security, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Create technical roadmaps aligned with business and cloud best practices
