The Associate Director of Quality is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving strategy across large geos. This individual will lead the Quality teams within Brazil, managing diverse programs and ensuring the seamless execution of quality assurance initiatives. This role will also spearhead digital adoption efforts, particularly in AI-driven quality evaluation tools, optimizing operational performance and fostering cross-functional synergies. The Associate Director will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while leveraging innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience and quality standards.
Location Colombia: Medellín (Availability to relocation is a must)
