About the Role

Associate Director for Structured Finance – responsible for the end‑to‑end rating process on complex securitizations in Latin America and esoteric ABS transactions in the U.S. This role blends quantitative analysis, client interaction and project management, influencing capital market decisions and investor confidence.

Responsibilities

• Complete the full ratings process for new issues and surveillance transactions in Latin America and esoteric assets.
• Perform cash‑flow analysis, synthesize results and present findings to rating committees.
• Analyze credit, cash‑flow and performance characteristics of collateral pools; reconcile third‑party models with internal outputs.
• Review legal and operating documents to ensure consistency with criteria and flag structural issues.
• Manage relationships with internal and external clients and respond to analytical inquiries.
