Associate - ECM

3-5 years of relevant experience in Equity Capital Markets or Investment Banking

Currently operating at Senior Associate level or a high-performing Associate ready to step up

Experience gained at a recognized regional or international investment bank (bulge bracket, strong regional house, or reputable boutique)

4–6 completed equity transactions, over the last 2 years

Lead execution role on at least 1 transaction (owning a workstream such as valuation, documentation, or investor materials)

• Corporate clients and senior management
• Legal advisors, auditors, and regulators
• Internal stakeholders (syndicate, research, sales)

• Experience in IPO-active markets KSA
• Repeat exposure to the same transaction type (e.g. multiple IPOs) rather than one-off participation
