We are looking for Associate Engineer – PAG to support system performance and operational excellence by monitoring daily fallout rates, analysing root causes, and ensuring system stability. This role plays an important part in maintaining system health, supporting users, and driving continuous improvement through effective coordination and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manages and controls installed systems for the firm to ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Coordinating with multiple teams to support testing, design validation, and implementation activities
• Ensures that systems and infrastructure are always available
• Facilitate between test software platforms, software applications, and system management software
