Associate Engineer, Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• In charge of equipment setup and assembly. Depending on the equipment, it can include vision, AOI, tape and reel machines, electrical and mechanical components.
• Take charge of machine / module alignment, vision alignment and calibrate machine checkout including electrical and mechanical assembly issues.
• On site support occasionally, both locally and overseas with ability to perform troubleshooting.
• Manage kit assembly, testing and certification.
• Manage stock inventory level.
• Duty for part-purchasing and collection.
• Liaise with subcontractors where necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, NITEC or Higher NITEC with minimum 1 – 3 years relevant experience.
• Work experience in automation, mechanical and electrical environments in the semiconductor industry preferred
