Associate Engineer Material Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan and ensure timely material supply to all molding machines as per daily and weekly production schedules.
• Supervise material issuance, return, and consumption recording in coordination with store and production teams.
• Monitor availability of virgin, regrind, and masterbatch materials, maintaining safe minimum stock levels.
• Ensure proper material segregation, labeling, and traceability on the shop floor and storage area.
• Implement and verify FIFO system for all material movements and line feeding operations.
• Maintain daily material consumption logs (issued vs consumed vs balance) and report deviations.
• Coordinate with PPC and Cost Section for MRP updates and usage verification.
• Oversee loading, unloading, and internal transfer of materials ensuring zero mix-ups or contamination.
• Control regrind usage ratios and ensure compliance with quality and process standards.
