Associate Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for machine setup, module alignment, vision alignment/calibration, and machine checkout.
• Ensure machine meet customer specifications.
• Provide trainings and testing on the machines.
• Provide occasional on-site support, both locally and internationally.

Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of automation machine experience in semiconductor industries.
• Proficiency in machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings is advantageous.
• Experience in mechanical alignment, motor tuning, or vision systems is a plus.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
