Associate Engineer (Wet Chemistry)

Overview

The maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining Wet Chemistry equipment including Metal Lift-off systems, Chemical Spray tools, Wet Benches, and SRD tools by performing scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, supporting engineers in improving uptime, yield, and cost efficiency, and assisting in process transfers and new implementations. Required expertise includes Veeco, Siconnex Spray, and SCREEN Wet Bench tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery and corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in the Wet department.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required.
• Perform advanced machine troubleshooting and maintain knowledge of Wet tools (Metal Lift-off, Chemical Spray tool, Wet Benches and SRD tool).
• Ensure compliance with 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocols.
