Responsibilities
Verifying incoming documents from customers and Schenker internal department's customer service before printing and handover to Senior Officer, Customs Declaration.
Responsible for monitoring and acknowledging mail requests from customers and Schenker internal department's customer service within the timeline.
Following up on shipment status with field operations and updating the requestor if any discrepancies arise.
Accepting any other job responsibilities assigned by the Superior / Assistant Manager.
