Join the Department of General Surgery as an Associate Executive, where you will provide vital support through effective administration and operational proficiency. This is a team-oriented role focused on enhancing departmental efficiency.
As part of the Division of Surgery & Surgical Oncology, you will assist in logistical support for medical manpower and help coordinate various departmental activities. Your responsibilities will also include managing workshops and responding to inquiries, thereby fostering an innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison within the Department Office
• Oversee junior staff deployment across surgical sub-specialties
• Organize and manage workshops and seminars
• Assist with clinical and research projects
• Handle general inquiries related to departmental needs
Requirements:
• Possess a relevant Diploma
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective work habits both independently and in teams
