Responsibilities

• Verifying incoming documents from customers and Schenker internal department’s customer service before printing and handover to Senior Officer, Customs Declaration.
• Responsible for monitoring and acknowledging mail requests from customers and Schenker internal department’s customer service within the timeline.
• Following up on shipment status with field operations and updating the requestor if any discrepancies arise.
