Associate experience design director

We’re looking for a strategic and creatively driven Associate Experience Design Director to lead conceptualisation and immersive experience design for large-scale corporate events, brand engagements, conferences, and experiential campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end experience design from brief to pitch.
• Translate brand briefs into immersive experiential formats.
• Build strong creative narratives and thematic directions.
• Design audience journeys and immersive brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Client Servicing, Strategy, 2 D/3 D & Production teams.
• Stay updated on global experiential and event design trends.
• Bring fresh thinking into corporate event ecosystems.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• 8–12 years in experiential marketing / event agencies
• Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking
• Experience handling corporate conferences, launches & leadership meets
