Job Description

Licensed Electrical / Mechanical Engineer responsible in monitoring and ensuring that critical rooms/data center rooms are operating in optimum conditions. Performs emergency maintenance/repair. Has good level of understanding of electrical plans/single-line diagram. Monitors compliance of preventive & corrective maintenance, as well as condition of equipment and other systems within the building. Monitors site utilities and provide control, analysis, and assist in forecast of consumption based on budget. Initiates meetings with different resource units, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure 100% uptime. Assist with major project renovations and coordination with building personnel and other departments. Ensures that site is compliant to all regulatory requirements from the LGU and other related government agencies.
