Associate File Formatting Engineer

Position Overview
Reporting to the File Formatting Team Leader and as an integral part of Questel's File Formatting Team, this role is responsible to format, recreate, design, and edit documents combining text and graphics through file formatting software following the established processes and guidelines. This role will also work together with the team and leadership to ensure that documents are delivered following optimal quality standards within the established timeframe.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Proactively report the status and progress of the tasks and current projects
Ensure standards of high quality, speed, and knowledge are met
Follow good practices to safeguard the information of the company following the guidelines and recommendations
