As an Associate in Structured Finance, Finance & Capital Markets, you will be responsible for developing and updating project financial models and supporting Project development, financing and/or M&A transaction closings/fundings, You will work closely with other teams within in Invenergy (across our global regional offices and our Headquarters in Chicago), including Development, Construction, Asset Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations, Engineering, and Legal as well as external stakeholders including project lenders, partners.
