Job Description
Contribute to land development initiatives as an Associate Financial Analyst at SmartCentres. This role focuses on financial analysis and reporting in a dynamic real estate environment.
You will report to the AVP of Development Financial Analysis and assist in the implementation of financial monitoring processes. Your responsibilities will include preparing project plans, validating financial reports, and ensuring data accuracy across databases. Strong financial and analytical skills will be essential to support ongoing development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain updated project pro formas with detailed variance reports
• Monitor and report on financial performance and timelines
• Collaborate with colleagues from finance and property management
• Support acquisition and disposition transactions
• Prepare comprehensive financial packages

• University degree in Finance, Real Estate, or similar
