Associate General Counsel

Position Summary

:
Reporting to our General Counsel, this individual will provide legal support and advice in areas that are critical to the success of every aspect of Miovision, including regulatory compliance, customer and supplier contracts, employment, merger & acquisition oversight, intellectual property and other general legal matters. As Associate General Counsel, you will apply your knowledge and experience with regard to a wide range of scenarios to provide the best advice possible that allows Miovision’s business to stay agile and competitive. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements to ensure compliance with Miovision’s policies and risk tolerances, including: sale agreements for hardware, software, SaaS and services; RFPs/proposals; NDAs; MOUs; LOIs; term sheets; distribution agreements; technology licensing agreements; OEM agreements; purchasing agreements; data protection agreemen...
