The team
The General Liability Insurance team spans London and Bristol and is linked with the Medical and Life Sciences team. The team is part of the firm's Insurance Group and has a well-established client base, acting for a number of market leading liability insurers in the provision of their employers, public and products liability services to insured businesses. There are currently 4 Partners, 3 Senior Associates and 4 Associates in the General Liability team.
The role
Our General Liability team is seeking a lawyer (NQ +) to join the team in Bristol. The role will predominantly be dealing with personal injury claims, with the opportunity to become involved in associated regulatory matters such as health and safety investigations/prosecutions and inquests. There is also the opportunity to deal with the regulation of products.
