We are currently seeking a Rewards Lead, the role will be responsible for leading compensation strategy and driving competitive rewards practices that strengthen the organization’s ability to attract and retain top talent.

• Lead and drive communication strategy on Rewards programs including benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs.
