The role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Capital Markets Associate to join our dynamic team in Beijing. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of Greater China IPO transactions, including but not limited to, ECM transactions and some DCM transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, as well as the ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation related to Greater China equity capital markets transactions and debt capital markets transactions. 
Advise clients on transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and debt issuances.
Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including prospectuses, underwriting agreements, and disclosure materials.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and stock exchanges in Mainland China and Hong Kong.
