**PURPOSE**
IQVIA is recruiting for an Associate Director, Human Resources, to support Regional Business Units covering approximately 2,500 employees. Reporting to Director of Japan HR Partner team, this role provides strong and engaging leadership, expertise, advice, HR business partnering and works seamlessly with other HR teams to provide an overall joined-up HR delivery.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Serves as a Senior HR Business Partner, providing strategic and hands-on HR business partnering support to assigned business units.
